DESCRIPTION:Most editors are familiar with The Chicago Manual of Style or The Associated Press Stylebook, but there are other specialized style guides used for business, scientific, and academic editing. At this meeting, five experienced editors will share their expertise on the specialized style guides they have used. Come hear Betsy Barnum on The MLA Style Manual and Harvard Style, Janet Bridgland on The Gregg Reference Manual, Lynn Cross on the American Psychological Association (APA), J. Boone Dryden on The Bluebook, and Lynn Johnson on the Microsoft Writing Style Guide.
