DESCRIPTION:Many research articles mention burnout as a work condition. What if it stems from more than long hours on the job? During this presentation, you will learn how emotions can intensify workload and increase a person’s likelihood of burning out. You will also hear research-proven and anecdotal indications that will allow you to predict a burnout state before it happens, and tips to come back stronger from burnout. Be productive without repeating the exhausting history!
This virtual meeting will be held as a Zoom webinar with automatic live captioning available. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions for the presenter and to use text chat to interact with each other.
