As a full-time freelancer, I have worked with a several niche trade, academic, and technical presses; indie fiction authors and academics; academic journals in the humanities; and B2B corporations. The variety in my experience has made me a very adaptable editor. I know how to adjust my editorial focus according to the purpose and style of the writing while still ensuring overall grammatical consistency following a set style guide (such as Chicago, MLA, APA, and custom in-house style guides). This experience has also enabled me to edit on platforms outside of Microsoft Word, including Adobe, WordPress (and other content management systems), and LaTex/Overleaf.

Why Work with Me? I value relationship with the people I work with. My approach is therefore collaborative instead of corrective. Whether you are an indie author, a managing editor at a press, or a business professional, you can rest assured that your work is in the hands of an editor who is respectful, dependable, and sensitive to individual style and voice.
