I hold a master of divinity (MDiv) degree from Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago (LSTC), and served as a pastor for 14 years. If your writing has to do with faith, theology, Bible, and/or church, my professional experience in those areas offers you value not commonly found in a copyeditor.
My passion and strengths are in matters of Christian faith (Lutheran; mainline or progressive), Bible, church, theology (down-to-earth; not overly academic). In addition to the style manuals noted below (CMOS and AP), I am accustomed to working with the Society of Biblical Literature (SBL) Handbook of Style.
