Dr. Molina is a graduate of Cornell and earned the MPH and ScD degrees at Harvard University, School of Public Health. She has taught Epidemiology and Research Methods at Tufts Medical School, St. Augustine University for Health Sciences, and served as the Director of the Integrative Health Program, Northern NM College School of Nursing & Health Sciences.  She has over a decade experience as a professional dissertation/capstone coach, editor, and data analyst. In 2015, she published "Basic Research Strategies: A Guidebook for Stressed Thesis and Dissertation Writers."  This guidebook helps to demystify some basic research concepts that are often confusing to mid-career professionals and non-traditional students.
