I have written and edited maintenance manuals, test procedures, and troubleshooting guides for the commercial aviation industry and a commercial manufacturer.

I am experienced writing in Arbortext, FrameMaker, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.  In addition, I have a background in authoring content in DITA/XML and distributed information in content management systems. I use 3-D CAD files and draw freehand to create line art use to to support and clarify instructional communication. I am a project lead who has led a group of writers and illustrators to creating manuals for multiple product lines.
