Meeting Suggestion Form

Help us plan our upcoming season by giving us your input! All fields are optional, so you can give us as much or as little information as you like. If you’d like to express your interest as a potential planner or speaker but keep your other responses separate from your name, you can submit the survey twice—once for the identifiable information and once for the rest—or email our volunteer liaison directly at volunteers@pensite.org to let us know you’re interested in volunteering.

Unlimited attendance at our professional development events is one of the benefits of PEN membership. Nonmembers may attend up to two of these events for free before deciding to join.

PEN members who plan a meeting or speak on a panel are eligible for the volunteer membership rate ($40/year instead of $55). PEN members who give a structured presentation are eligible for an honorarium. (All speakers who are not PEN members are eligible for an honorarium.)
